By accessing or using the Influbee platform ('Service'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ('Terms') and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Influbee Sp. z o.o.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
3. Service Description
Influbee provides AI-powered analytics, script editing, and content optimization tools for video creators. The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze user-uploaded content and provide suggestions.
4. AI Disclaimer (Your Creative Journey)
The insights, scores, and suggestions provided by our AI are designed to inspire your creative journey and give you data-driven ideas. While Influbee provides powerful tools to optimize your content, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as increased views, subscribers, watch time, or revenue on YouTube or any other platform. Your success ultimately comes from your unique voice and decisions as a creator!
5. YouTube Compliance
Our Service integrates with YouTube via the YouTube API Services. By using Influbee, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. You acknowledge that Influbee allows you to access and analyze YouTube content and that you are responsible for complying with all applicable YouTube policies.
6. User Content & Copyright
- Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to the videos, thumbnails, and scripts you upload ('User Content').
- License: By uploading User Content, you grant Influbee a temporary, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and analyze your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
- Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to upload and analyze your content. Influbee is not liable for any copyright infringements committed by you.
7. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
You agree NOT to upload, submit, or analyze any content that:
- Is illegal, unlawful, or promotes illegal activities.
- Contains sexually explicit material, pornography, or obscenity.
- Depicts gratuitous violence or promotes hate speech, harassment, or discrimination.
- Infringes on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
- Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code.
Influbee reserves the right to immediately terminate your account and report illegal content to authorities if you violate this AUP. We use automated systems to detect policy violations.
8. Tokens, Payments & Refunds
- Tokens: The Service uses a credit system ('Tokens') for analysis. Tokens are virtual goods with no monetary value outside the Service.
- Efficiency: Token usage is calculated based on base costs and plan-specific efficiency multipliers. We reserve the right to adjust pricing and efficiency rates.
- No Refunds: All purchases of Tokens and Subscriptions are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Influbee Sp. z o.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Poland.
